The public health system’s cultural construction is a systematic project. From Hippocratic Oath to Bethune spirit, till today we have "Ten people who deeply moved health system", it runs a long history. In order to realize this wish, generation after generation, the medical staff continuously made extremely hard efforts on human health. As many Chinese have a deep distrust of the healthcare industry, hospital became a violence-ridden place after we entered the21st century. That endangered doctor’s personal safety and professional dignity seriously. Now, incomplete medical system and patients’distrust makes the relationships between doctor and patient even worse. In fact, this kind of phenomenon affected doctor’s work enthusiasm, seriously affected working atmosphere and lowered their work-related well-being. Some doctors even questioned their careers. Therefore, it is an urgent task to study and investigate how to counseling negative emotions and how to do the cultural construction well of the public health system. And as a typical represantative,3Grade A hospital’s organizational culture is a product of medical science, medical cultural and medical management, which is the most important part to leading and improving hospital’s integral capabilities. And this study based on it will certainly have impacted on the whole public health system. As the major creators and builders, the doctor can’t be ignored in hospital’s cultural construction. Our in-depth investigation in doctor’s subjective well-being(SWB) can provide evidences to promote hospital construction.In this study, literature research, comparative analysis, survey study and statistical analysis was used. The author designed a questionnaire to study doctors’SWB, which aimed at nearly400doctors from103Grade A hospitals, and acquired352effective questionnaires. It has6parts (32questions):work satisfaction, relationship between work and family, relationship between doctors and patients, positive emotions, negative emotions and career expectation. It uses Likert score to measure. The study discovered that doctors’SWB only in a general level. But in relationship between doctors and patients, career expectation part, result showed dissatisfied. Based on the circumstances, like age, sex and so on, the author found out the major factor that impact on doctors’SWB, and realized those factors like doctors’highly identify, harmonions team, family support played an active role in doctors’SWB. On the contrary, tense doctor-patient relationship and research task leads to highly pressure on promotion, hospital bonus allot system not in place leads to doctors’ value cannot be showed rationlize. Hence,use the active factors, remove the negative ones to formulating cultural construction strategies, so that we can bulid a harmonious-positive occupational environment well.
