Case Work Interventions For Children’s Adjustment To Life In Divorced Families

In recent years,the industrialization and urbanization of our country are advancing,the rapid development of the economy has produced a series of social effects,with the change of people’s ideas,more and more divorced families in society,divorce rate increasing year by year.In divorced families,children may be harmed to some extent.In this unstable growth environment,children who are not yet sound in body and mind can not reasonably look at their parents’ divorce,and their daily life will be affected by family changes,resulting in a variety of problems.In the process of divorce,parents are busy with their own love life,so they tend to neglect their children’s attention,which leads to a variety of life adjustment problems for children at this stage.Therefore,it is necessary to study the life adaptation of this group.This study starts with investigation,combines questionnaire survey with field research,interviews and exchanges with some children from divorced families in District F of X City,and finally chooses a child with life adjustment problems as the service object to carry out scientific and reasonable case service.In the process of investigation,the author found that the living adjustment problems of children from divorced families include five aspects,namely,lifestyle,living environment,psychological emotion,family relationship and interpersonal relationship.The reasons for these problems are the changes of children’s family structure,the immaturity of children’s physical and mental development,and the lack of correct social methods.In the process of service,according to the guidance of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and social support theory,the method of casework is used to intervene in the case of the service object,to help the service object gradually adapt to life,so that the service object has the ability to face the difficulties and setbacks in life alone and bravely.During the intervention,the method of casework helps to understand the most true thoughts and feelings of children.Solve the problems faced by children in a targeted way to ensure the service effect and achieve the objectives in this study.In the final conclusion and reflection part of this study,the author summarized and analyzed the conclusion of the study in a certain depth,and put forward his own ideas on the research and investigation of the case work intervention in this kind of group,in order to help more and more children get rid of the trouble and grow up healthily,and also provide reference for future research.
