Academic assessment is an important content of the curriculum evaluation, andthe College Entrance Examination as an important part of academic assessment, hasbeen highly anticipated. College Entrance Examination is the final examination of thestudents receive basic education, also it is an important selection examination in lifefor students. What’s the general situation of the test questions of College EntranceExamination and can it truly reflect the objectivity and fairness? This requires ascientific measure and evaluation standards.《Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)》states: the national curriculum standards are the basis of written in textbooks,teaching evaluation and examination of propositions. So, based on the consistency ofthe curriculum standard of geography test research become the focus of this study.This study selected2010,2011,2012, and volume of Guangdong CollegeEntrance Examination in2013as the research object. Through literature analysis,understand the Weber Consistency Analysis Model,"the SEC" Consistency AnalysisModel and the Analysis of Successful Content and Characteristics. From the object ofstudy and the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of model, combined withthe specific circumstances of the College Entrance Examination, selecting the WeberConsistency Analysis Model to study the geographical situation entrance examinationand curriculum standards conformance.Firstly organize a coding team, then coding the new geography course standardand the College Entrance Examination geographic volume nearly four years, nextcounting and analyzing the data, finally get the following conclusion:1. Determining the consistency tool on the College Entrance ExaminationExamination paper and the geography curriculum standard, namely Webberconsistency analysis model. By introducing the Weber consistency analysis model, itwill provide operation basis of the consistency about the academic evaluation andcurriculum standard for geography educators.2. Analysis of the consistently basic situation of Guangdong Province GeographyCollege Entrance Examination papers and curriculum standards. From the perspectiveof the year, the degree of consistency is getting better and better with the increase of year. From the four dimensions of knowledge, consistency degree of knowledge depthand balance is the best, followed by knowledge type consistency, the worst is breadthknowledge consistency. From the five learning areas, natural geography, theconsistency of human geography and regional geography are higher, and poorconsistency is urban planning and environmental protection.3. Analyzing the consistency situation of the College Entrance geographicalexamination of Guangdong province before and after the new curriculum standardissued, study shows that consistency degree is higher and higher from2010to2013.4. Exploring the factors that affect consistency the college entrance geographicalexamination of Guangdong province and curriculum standards. From the Angle of theproblem, in order to improve the paper quality and ensure the fairness of the collegeentrance examination, it will provide a reference basis for proposition of Guangdongprovince. By further studying the high school new geography curriculum standards, itwill provide modification suggestions for course standard setters.Finally, analyzing the existence of some problems in this study, and relatedresearch were discussed.
