| This study is done further based on the results of our predecessors, adopting the tables aboutadolescents ’ time management disposition and achievement motivation, which are completed in the formof questionnaires by416high school students from city model high schools. The questions are set fromgender, grade, class, and parental rearing patterns and whether they live on campus investigation of thesituation.The results show students’ tendencies of time management:1. The number of girls on themotivation in pursuit of success and avoidance of failure is significantly higher than that of male students.2.There is no clear difference between liberal arts students and science students in time management afterplanning and time management, time-saving awareness3. As for high grades on each dimension of timemanagement disposition, there is no significant difference in students between grade one and grade two,but the three factors of time management disposition in students of grade three are higher than those instudents of grade one and two.4. The differences between students from towns and rural in planningproject time management and time management, time-saving awareness do not exist significantly.5.Thedifferences between boarders and day pupils in planning time management, time management, time-savingawareness and passive learning are not significantly obvious;6. there is a significant positive correlationbetween high school students ’ time management and success motivation. |
