This paper’s main contents was the behaviors of initiating questions in languageclassroom of Primary school students in the middle and high learning stage. With thedeveloping of the society, the cultivation of creative talents has become the maintarget of national education. To cultivate the creative, we should cultivate the studentsof strong problem consciousness. Teachers has been the center position in classroomin traditional. Teachers was the main designers and proponents of the problems. Theylacked the consciousness of leaving time for students to put forward the problems andteaching students questioning skills.Compared with western countries, Chinesestudents lacked the problem consciousness and seldom to think independently andtake the initiative to make their own problems.The author aimed at exploring the way to improve the initiating questionbehavior of Primary school students in the middle and high learning stage. It cancultivate the talents of innovation consciousness and ability of innovation, help theChinese teachers to improve classroom teaching skills, recognize the importance ofPrimary school students’ initiating question behavior to the problem good habits ofinitiating questions, consciousness and innovation consciousness. And the study has agreat role in promoting the construction of teaching strategies on students’ classroomquestioning.The author adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey andother research methods to study. The author designed the questionnaire from fiveaspects of the basic situation of the students, the basic attitude of Chinese learning,the basic situation and attitude of answering questions in language classroom, thebasic situation and attitude of putting forward the problems in language classroom,teachers’ attitude for students’ putting forward the problems in students’ conception.The data analysis shows that the students choose to initiate questions in class orafter class concerned with students’ gender, stage, teachers ’ feedback and students’attitudes toward students’ initiating questions in class. The number of students’initiating questions concerned with students’ gender, stage, the times of studentsanswer the questions, and students’ attitudes toward students’ initiating questions in class. The author made attribution analysis current status of students’ initiatingquestions from the students, teachers, educational system. In addition, about how toimprove the ability of initiating questions in class in primary school, the author hasputted forward some feasible strategies:(1)Stimulating interest of students’ classroomquestioning;(2) Providing students the opportunity of initiating questions;(3)Providing the correct question view;(4) Improving the quality of students’ initiatingquestions in the class.
