However, due to lack of understanding of people ofinclusive education for children with special needs children with special needs school,preschool inclusive education is lack of corresponding social security. Social workintervention can help overcome the special needs children kindergarten PreschoolInclusion Defects of present education and the insufficiency, can effectively improvethe social integration ability of children with special needs.The purpose of this study is to investigate the social workers according to thekindergarten for children with special needs in inclusive education and related support,using the skills and methods of social work professional knowledge, to meet the specialneeds of children and their parents demand. By evaluating the service effect, this kindof "general education and special education and social workers" of the new model ofsocial work service are summarized, and put forward some suggestions to the relevantdepartments, to provide a new service mode for reference for the follow-up of childrenwith special needs in the garden of life and study, so as to improve their life quality, andmake our society more harmonious.In order to achieve the above purpose, this research adopts the literature researchmethod, observation method, interview method and action research method, takingZhengzhou city odd color flowers welfare kindergarten two autistic children as a caseof service object, class of ordinary children and their parents and kindergarten teacherswere observed, and the case of service object fusion status were observed recording,education and the need to understand the case, and then uses the relevant theories suchas social integration: theory, the strengths perspective, the theory of social support andchild protection theory, social work intervention. Through the implementation of the service plan, to carry outthe content of social work practice of evaluation and reflection, results also haveshortcomings, and puts forward the related countermeasure proposal to the problems.According to the research conclusion, the author of the social work intervention forchildren with special needs in preschool inclusive education of colleges, puts forwardthe corresponding proposal to the government departments, kindergartens, parents andsocial workers, the development prospect of social work are discussed, in order to workin the new society so that more children with special needs to return to the society,consummation of government support system, promote the development of inclusiveeducation, increase social welfare. |
