| The construction and improvement of the education model and, has constantly been reflected on, thinking, and constantly solving field of education theory and practice world. The dual structure of urban and rural, is the significant phenomenon of Chinese society, its influence and characterization also reveal in education research and education practice. Rural schools-especially rural compulsory school,their improvement of education quality and school efficiency enhancement, have became one of the focus of these field.Based on this, this paper focus on the constructing of education model of countryside junior middle school.On the perspective of education model and teaching text, the paper analysis and interpretate the generation and evolution of "lecture draft". Through the relevant literature review and integration, the practice advantage and enlightenment of the "lecture draft" model were also comprehented. On the basis of the author’s school historical tradition, actual situation, the "lecture draft" is defined as the teaching text shared by teachers and students,included a coset teaching plan, study case, assignments, test and review the material,also including class intention, research method instruction, key the examination site, the training, testing, etc. Before the class it is distributed to students, so that it can be previewed and reviewed after the class. Determination of the lecture draft design and use of the basic principle is:it is a education pattern which has the nature of text, hierarchy and operability, and ultimately to highlight the effectiveness. And in the practice of HengJing Middle School, the model of "lecture draft" was carried. Through the investigation and analysis, positive changes were found in the teaching process, teachers and students. and different disciplines in the concrete implementation have different problems, the paper summarized their generalities, and put forward the concrete implementation and corresponding strategies finally. |
