| The combination of "three rural issues" and the vocational education is the rural vocational education, which needs the policy of rural vocational education to guide its healthy development. Study on the policy of rural vocational education has both theoretical significance and practical significance to perfect the rural vocational education system.This thesis is composed of following parts:Introduction:the goal of the policy of rural vocational education; the policy of vocational education on the basis of school; training policy of migrant workers; the promotion policy of agricultural science and technology; the problems and improving ideas of the policy of rural vocational education; conclusion.The introduction briefly summarizes the research background and significance of the policy of rural vocational education, giving an explanation of the research results related to the policy at home and abroad.The first part briefly analyzes the goal of the policy of rural vocational education combining with "three rural issues" in China.This part includes three aspects to explain the goal of the policy of rural vocational education:accelerating rural economic development, promoting agricultural development and cultivating new-style farmers.The second part, the third part, the fourth part summarizes the policy of rural vocational education from the perspective of educated objects.The educated and trainees include:rural school-age youth, migrant workers from rural areas and farmers completely working on agriculture.
