The Internet as a representative of the network society comes to speed up the spread ofall kinds of information, also changes the way people’s way of life and learning. The currentonline learning based on network, with its open, flexible features are very popular amongeducators and learners. It broke the traditional concept of classroom teaching and madelearning is no longer limited by fixed time and space, also realized self guide and personalizedlearning. The interaction quality in online learning is an important factor to improve theirlearning effectiveness and efficiency, the depth of learners’ interaction and the characteristicsand interaction policy is the research focus in recent years. But most scholars researchmethods and research tools take a long time and the research results lag, not timely analysis ofthe status of learning for targeted counseling. Therefore, for online learning interactionresearch still requires a more comprehensive exploration and practice to effectively promotethe occurrence of online learning.This research for online learning, by using social network analysis, the CMC contentanalysis, questionnaire method to analyze the data of learners in the process of online learninginteraction,in order to improve online learning social interaction and provide the referenceand the suggestion. The research use social network analysis of SNAPP and UCINET in thefirst place, analyze the data from the aspects of community figure, centricity and cliqueanalysis, and get the learners’ characteristics of social network structure interaction in BBS.Then use the CS-Wizard higher-order thinking cognitive goals as the CMC content analysisframework of this article, analyze the depth of the BBS interactive content From the fourlevels of24categories, in order to study the quality of the learners in the BBS posts, andUSES the questionnaire method to investigate the participants’ attitude, subject, content,communication atmosphere, get comments in time, study habits, role playing and so on theinfluence of factors on the online interactive learning. Finally, through the analysis of therelated data, the suggestions of improving the online learning social interaction reference wereput forward, in order to improve and optimize the teaching quality and teaching process ofonline learning.
