The speed of updating all kinds of knowledge and information in today’s society is sighing.People can no longer meet the needs and challenges of a learning society only by relying on the accumulation of knowledge during school.The form of education is gradually expanding from offline to online.Online learning is more and more favored by learners due to its greater freedom and flexibility.However,due to the lack of some non-verbal clues conveyed during face-to-face teaching,the level of social presence established by learners is not high,which affects the willingness of learning interaction to a certain extent,and is not conducive to the implementation of online teaching and the learning input of learners.Some studies have shown that interaction is a key factor in enhancing the social presence of online learners.Effective interaction can improve the social presence of online learning to a greater extent.Therefore,this research takes teaching interaction as a foothold,deeply explores the social presence of online learners,and aims to construct an interaction model that enhances the social presence of students in online learning.The main work of this research includes the following four aspects.First of all,this research clarifies the connotation and significance of core concepts by combing domestic and foreign literature on learning interaction and social presence,looking for relevant learning theories to support the development of this research,determining the interaction subject and interaction elements of the interaction model,and learning from it Related learning models,summarizing their experience and enlightenment,lay the foundation for the construction of subsequent models.Secondly,based on the social presence level theory of Bioca scholars,according to the three levels of social presence from low to high: companion existence,psychological participation,and behavioral participation,then three specific teaching interaction types are determined accordingly.: Perceptual interaction,emotional interaction,and behavioral interaction,and then refined the core content of the interaction model: information perception,emotional experience,feedback exchange,and initially constructed an interaction model that enhances the social presence of students in online learning.Thirdly,relying on the Zhejiang Educational Technology Learning Platform,select "Digital Learning Resource Design and Development" as an experimental course,put it into actual cases for empirical research,and design specific interactive activities based on the two stages of online learning and off-class learning,Combining the two experimental environments of online platform and offline We Chat chat group to collect relevant data,use statistical analysis method and social network analysis method to carry out data analysis work,and draw the following research conclusions:First,the application of the interactive model has a significant effect on improving the social presence of online learners.Experimental data shows that after experimental intervention,the level of social presence of the experimental class students in online learning is more significant than that of the control class students,and the form of expression is more obvious.Second,students are more inclined to emotional interaction in the process of establishing social presence.Combining the coding data of social presence and the content of students’ after-school interviews,students prefer emotional learning interactions in the process of establishing social presence.Third,the level of social presence of students in online learning affects students’ academic performance to a certain extent.The study analyzed the correlation between the student’s unit performance data and the social presence level data,and the results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between them.Finally,based on the above experimental conclusions and the content of the student interviews,this research summarizes the problems in the design and implementation of the interaction model,revises and perfects the interaction model,and adds learning media as a core element of teaching interaction to the model.,The function of supervision and feedback has been added between teachers and students,and the function of supervision and restoration has been added between teachers and learning resources.According to these,improve the teacher feedback and platform support services in the interaction model.
