The Research For The Development Of The Education Journal For Senior Citizens In Jilin

With the one-child policy’s improvement and implementation as well as modern medicaltechnology’s reform and innovation， the degree of population aging in China is on the rise.Jilin province has stepped into an aging population society, the traditional family endowmentfunction and endowment way facing serious challenges. The existing pension service systemto a certain extent is difficult to meet the diversified and multi-level elderly servicerequirements. In making up for the insufficient social endowment service, meeting thedemand of the elderly spiritual endowment, the education journal for senior citizens as theimportant measure to cope with the challenges playing an important role.At present, for the research of the education journal for senior citizens, only limited tothe category of pedagogy. It is not to make the education journal for senior citizens combinedwith the elderly welfare. It is making up for a lack of social endowment service. Based on theresearch of Jilin province old education, put forward the overall development level is low andthe safeguard mechanism is not sounded. Low level of overall development is mainlymanifested in the channels of publicity is not enough, a single, lack of teachers. Safeguardmechanism is not sounded is mainly manifested in the lack of policy guarantee mechanism,funds safeguard mechanism and quality guarantee mechanism.According to the above problems, draw lessons from the developed areas in theeducation journal for senior citizens’ basic experience. Four suggestions are put forward： thepolicy and increasing investment, pay attention to the elderly welfare and education,integrating education resources and developing the combination of aging industry.
