Since new China was founded, especially after reform and opening up, vocationaleducation, which has made brilliant achievements—cultivating a large number of workers,has become the important base of the manpower resource of our country’s economicconstruction and social development. As we all know, good education is closely related withexcellent teachers. Therefore, the development to the vocational education needs to strengthenthe teachers’ troops’ construction in vocational schools. But it is another question to bediscussed that how to make excellent teachers stand at the forefront of the education, leadingand educating a string of excellent students. Practice shows that the answer is continuallytraining new teachers and enhancing teachers’ learning positivity and enthusiasm. Therefore,in order to strengthen the teachers troops construction, we are demanded to do more in theteachers’ training work in vocational schools. In recent years, the teacher’s cultivating andtraining work in vocational schools has made great strides and the quality of cultivating andtraining has been continuously improving. However, from a general view, there is a series ofproblems, especially in the field of middle vocational schools and the questions go on in thefield of the teachers’ training. So in order to promote the development of the teachers’ trainingof middle vocational education, we must regard improving the system of vocational educationteachers’ training as an important and urgent task. We must accelerate the speed of thecombination of the theoretical research and the practical operation. We must increase thespeed of innovation, continuously bring about new ideas and try hard to create a new situationof the construction of teachers in middle vocational education.The main research methods in this paper are literature research, survey research andcomparative research. On this basis, the author makes analysis description on this paper infour aspects. The first part gives the definition and analysis of the related concepts in thepaper, formulates the theoretical basis of middle vocational education teachers’training, anddissects the meaning of these theories on the middle vocational education teachers’ training.The second part mainly analyses the data presented in the questionnaire, thereby summarizesthe problems existed in the middle vocational education teachers’ training nowadays. Thethird part analyses the reasons to the preceding problems, discusses the reason why theseproblems appear during the middle vocational education teachers’ training in today’senvironment and find the root. The fourth part puts forward some strategies to improve theenvironment of middle vocational education teachers’training and promote the process of the training, on the basis of the analysis, the problems and the reasons of current situation, inorder to make a contribution to the development of the middle vocational education teachers’training.
