Rural teachers’ quality is an important factor affecting the quality of ruraleducation. Improving rural teachers’ quality can meet requirements of rural educationdevelopment, deepen the reform of quality education and revitalize China’s educationenterprise. In2010, China began to implement the "primary and secondary schoolteachers training projects" aiming at improving primary and secondary schoolteachers’ quality, especially teachers in rural areas. As the main carrier of teachertraining, the effectiveness of curriculum implementation is very vital.From the perspective of training courses,this study selects the implementationeffectiveness of the national training plan as the main research problem. It takes Hprovince as a case study, adopts different methods, analyzes existing problems intraining courses for rural teachers and puts forward some suggestions.There are four parts in this paper.Part one is an introduction,including the research question,purposes, meanings,contents, methods and assumptions.Part two is about theory analysis. This part combs concepts related teacherstraining program and introduces the theoretical basis of this study.Part there is the investigation plan and implementation. On the basis of theinvestigation plan, This part takes "the Midwest rural backbone teacher trainingproject" in H province as an example, analyzes the status quo and problems ofcurriculum implementation and finds out factors influencing the effectiveness ofcurriculum implementation.Part four is strategies and suggestions. Through the investigation and analysis,this part puts forward some corresponding strategies and suggestions in courserequirements, objectives, teachers, etc.
