With the vigorous development of the open education resources movement, open coursegradually attracted the attention of people. MIT well-known colleges and universities openedthe free sharing of curriculum resources in the world, and lead the development of openeducation resources in other countries and regions. Video as the main presentation of opencourses plays an important role in study, The interactive design in the existing video courselearning platform is insufficient, can’t meet the demand of personalized learning problems.The thesis based on the problems existing in the development of open education resources, asthe breakthrough point, it summarized the current research status of the related problems, andunder the enlightenment of Web2.0concept and MOOC development. Combine with thedeveloping of digital learning environment, designed and achieved the personal learningenvironment based on video resources. Then implements the pluralistic interaction betweenteachers and students, learners and learning content, constructed the unity of personalizedlearning and collaborative learning personal learning environment for learners, whichprovides a rich support services for online learners’ learning.The purpose of the thesis is to build an environment, which could meet the demands ofindividual learning. So first get the learners’ demand information through the questionnairesurvey method, narrated the concept of Web2.0, MOOC development trend and its influenceon building personal learning environment. The thesis put forward the design concept andprinciples for personal learning environment, then analyze the learners’ network learningbehavior, completed a personal learning environment based on Moodle platform, proposed thepattern of its application, and select part of the research object. Finally applying learningplatform to practice, through the questionnaire survey method and interview method tovalidate its effect. The thesis finally expounds the research conclusions and achievements, putforward the deficiencies and future research direction, and pointed out the direction for thesubsequent research.
