Intelligent, tall, high strength, high speed, high strength, highskills, high score is the characteristic of high level team in the new century. In the fiercecompetition in the new century, basketball player to play excellent movement technicallevel completely can’t depart from the support of high strength, the athletes’ physicalfitness and mastered the basic tactics of, so the important content of basketball sportstraining in the physical training is an important task. In fact, as early as in the foreign,physical training has been scientific standardization, is also a required course of everyathlete to follow its own, but in China, there is no mature system of physical training, thecoaches don’t rigorous, athletes did not form a good habit of physical training, causesmost athletes lack of physical training, but also because of lack of awareness of physicaltraining, so produce the physical training. The coaches don’t have enough physicaltraining, the athletes didn’t also can promote the physical training is very importantposition, will often be lazy in the training, the results meet after the game, often becauseof lack of fitness, endurance is not enough, due to the energy consumption caused bylarge speed, and the ability to reflect all don’t, bad defensively, confrontation andshooting ability not equal to foreign athletes, finally can’t win the game. In adult athletesphysical training is a routine project, but has always been a basic quality training ofphysical training, so it’s best as a teenager began to carry out the physical training ofathletes, adolescence is the peak period of development, body is a physical quality,movement skill forming stage, at this time to strengthen physical exercise, will get twicethe result with half the effort. Therefore strengthen the adolescence physical training is animportant and necessary. In this paper, the JiLin province youth basketball athlete’sphysical stamina training, in JiLin province youth basketball athlete’s physical ability testindicators, physical characteristics and the combination of physical training of basicinfluence factors (strength, stamina, flexibility, agility, coordination) to study the JiLin province three sports school for youth basketball athlete physical training situation, findout the current problems existing in the JiLin province youth basketball athletes’ physicaltraining and deficiencies, and put forward specific countermeasures targeted, has a certainreference significance.
