IT-based autonomous learning pattern of physics in junior high school is presented for the requirements of new curriculum reform and cultivation of innovative talents in the future. This article proposes the autonomous learning pattern of physics characterized by high efficiency, to reduce the burden of features in junior high school, starting with changing the way students learn, exploring the new teaching patterns generated to accompany the new curriculum reform characterized by multidimensional interaction between teachers and students, autonomous learning, cooperative research, stratified teaching, harmonious and efficient, based on consulting a large number of relevant documents. In order to give full play to the subjective initiative of individual students, promote harmonious and free development, enhance students’ self-efficacy, improving physics learning interest and efficiency.Documentary researching, teaching experiment, questionnaire and interview research methods are mainly used to have the study in this paper. First of all, through the relevant foreign and domestic literature reviews and reflection, understanding the research status. Secondly, based on the constructivism learning theory, teaching optimization theory, the zone of proximal development theory, modern education technology theory, systematically to the construction and practice research of IT-based autonomous learning pattern of physics in junior high school, on the basis of the questionnaire survey, and conducted a questionnaire survey. The object of the study is the12th Yanji City junior high school with two parallel classes for grade eight, a total of94people, experiment for a period of one semester. By constructing some physics teaching design of the integration of information technology and curriculum, to explore the teaching practice of IT-based autonomous learning pattern of physics in junior high school. Then, through the analysis and comparison of experimental classes and control classes in physics final examination results; the comparison of evaluation of Informationization teaching resources before and after the experiment in experimental classes; the students’ learning motivation (active consciousness, value consciousness, self-efficacy, learning interest) between experimental classes and control classes by the end of the semester, learning style (before class, and class, after-school participation and emotional attitude), learning results (summary and evaluation); experimental class students’ overall views and feelings on the mode of IT-based autonomous learning, to have analysis and evaluation on the effect of IT-based autonomous learning pattern of physics in junior high school, and interview with teachers, students, to know whether their teaching conception and teaching behavior to adapt to the new needs of curriculum reform, and opinions about the IT-based autonomous learning pattern of physics.Finally, combining with the practical exploration and survey analysis, this paper forms the following conclusions:IT-based autonomous learning pattern of physics in junior high school is not only capable of improving student academic achievement, but also improve students’ autonomous learning ability. According to the reasons affecting the effectiveness of autonomous learning. The subject position of students, attempts to strengthen the construction of Informationization teaching resources and outreach, enhancing information technology classroom teaching and traditional teaching complement each other, a sound appraisal, reward systems, and improve the corresponding complementary assessment, reward system and other aspects of guiding the students’ independent, full, efficient use of physical information education resources, improve the ability of autonomous learning, so as to promote the corresponding suggestions of optimization of teaching process of physical education in junior middle school.
