In recent years, China’s comprehensive strength, and gradually make the Chineseworld, more and more people begin to learn Chinese language, foreign languageteaching in order to solve the problem of severe shortage of teachers, the state opened aforeign language in a professional and set up on the basis of Chinese InternationalMaster’s degree in Education. Currently teaching Chinese Foreign domestic talentsqueeze occurs abroad,"teacher shortage" of this situation have caused us to think ofthe Chinese International Master of Education employment issues.Aiming at this situation, starting from the research purpose and meaning, byinvestigating the case of Chinese Master of International Education (Chongqinguniversity, for example) to analyze factors influencing Chinese International Master ofEducation, Employment, and put forward some countermeasures and hope that moreChinese International Master of Education successful employment, in line with theirreal jobs went to go join the ranks of foreign language teachers to promote Chineseculture.This paper includes five chaptersThe first chapter is "introduction" section. On the purpose and significance of theresearch, as well as research ideas and methods elaborated; various scholars research onChinese International Master training and education and employment issues at presentin China.The second chapter introduces the definition of Chinese international educationand professional development, education and the status of Chinese International Master,Master of International Education Chinese there are many problems and bottleneck inemployment.The third chapter is the result of an international survey of Chinese Master ofEducation analysis of the employment situation, through data analysis, presenting thecurrent situation of Chinese International Master of Education.The fourth chapter analyzes the factors affecting the employment of Chinese Language Council International Master of Education, mainly in terms of individualconcepts and capabilities, the school culture methods, market demand and nationalpolicies at home and abroad to study and propose corresponding solutions in all aspects.The fifth chapter of this paper is to summarize the study, pointed out deficiencies.
