College students as an important part of highquality in social group in our country, is the main force of building a harmonious society,its special status and identity determines the responsibility consciousness to a certainextent will decide the value orientation of social dominant responsibility view indecades, and is closely related to the next few decades the development of the society,and determines the success or failure of building a harmonious society in our country.College students’ responsibility ethics is optimistic on the whole, especially on thestate of the people’s livelihood, participating in social events, paying attention tolearning and family.
