21st century rapid development of computer technology and network technology, mankind has entered the information society. With the birth of a variety of social networks, people are learning more and more support tools, and then knowledge management requirements are also increasing. However, the major focus of the learning support functions vary mainstream social networks, are not familiar with or do not often use such tools individuals or organizations, how to quickly find a suitable mainstream social networks to support learning is an urgent problems.In the current IT technical conditions, personal knowledge management software can take advantage of a variety of mainstream secondary or easy to use gadget.Business or organization for knowledge management requirements are relatively high, you can use specialized software and knowledge management services provided by the company. This paper describes the knowledge management to support learning for several major social networks-QQ, micro-channel, all networks, microblogging.This paper (knowledge acquisition, knowledge absorption, knowledge transfer, knowledge feedback, knowledge innovation) from the five dimensions of knowledge management, the role of the mainstream social networks in knowledge management on a comprehensive comparison of information made under conditions of knowledge management new methods and new ways to optimize knowledge management methods to provide theoretical guidance and reference, and ultimately promote knowledge innovation and social progress. This paper mainly discusses the following three aspects.Depth analysis of the five dimensions of knowledge management, for the mainstream social networks to conduct a comprehensive study support functions compare and draw conclusions.From personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge management on two levels, the mainstream social networking elaborated specific application knowledge management;using comparative analysis of the results, discusses how to use mainstream social networks in order to achieve efficient sharing of knowledge and effective innovation.
