In this paper, using a combination of literature, experiments, interviews,data statistics. In the course of the campaign not only increased nearly friendships betweenthe students and the degree of understanding, especially among boys and girls, sothat more harmonious coexistence usual, you can also improve physical education inschool and college students interested in participating in physical exercise andimprove quality of teaching.The results showed that: from teaching content, teaching methods as well asteaching methods of view, the data show that the program, in my school rules will beintroduced to the Dutch ball Basketball attempt is feasible. The basketball programin the original tutorial, which carried some rules changes, the introduction ofteaching content load of the ball, which both allow students to learn a new ball game,but also cultivate their interest and enthusiasm in class by teaching the experimentalgroup and a control group of different teaching methods so that students recognizethe different traditional and modern in charge of basketball ball movement and theirrespective advantages, so that students can choose their favorite and most flu interestin sports. This will lay a solid foundation for future teaching.Number of experiments were from the ball, shots, hits, turnovers, fouls, fastbreak times and sports injuries to seven areas were analyzed, the results show thatthe rule change was possible,allows students to learn a new teaching content,content-rich PE class, instilling a new sports teaching knowledge. can be better toallow female students to participate in basketball in the past, so that not only improve the participation of female students, but also enhance their self-confidence,and help improve the quality of basketball teaching. basketball teaching morerelevant points, teachers in the teaching process to facilitate unified guidance,students can easily be recognized and accepted. The students in the learning process,the consolidation of basketball knowledge and skills, but also learn to charge the ballknowledge skills to achieve double harvest learning.
