This research through the collection and access to a large number of literature data,analysis,at present there are some in the common course for the college basketball traditional single in teaching methods,teaching practice,low load,do not understand the actual situation of students,there is no distinction between in the common course for the basketball teaching,students' learning interest is not high,in this paper I adopt different intervention in the common course for the basketball teaching.In order to study the influence of different ball intervention on the teaching effect of college basketball general courses,heavy ball,standard ball and light ball are adopted to carry out the teaching of general courses of basketball intervention.Firstly,the concept of heavy ball and light ball was defined through relevant literature,and the skills assessment method of general basketball courses was analyzed to provide theoretical basis for the research on this topic.Secondly,from the perspective of intervention teaching of heavy ball and light basketball,through questionnaire survey,expert interview and teaching experiments,it is verified that different ball intervention basketball general courses have good teaching effects.In guangxi normal university sports college basketball level 2018 at 54 students as experimental object,using the literature material method,interview method,expert investigation,teaching experiments and mathematical statistics USES three different goals: heavy ball,standard,light ball technology intervention teaching,after a semester of 50 hours of technology teaching,the survey concluded that the experimental data and combine the characteristics of the ball,the ball and the analysis of function and the related theoretical basis.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.Heavy ball intervention teaching can improve the total score of dribbling and shooting most obviously.Light ball intervention teaching can improve the total score of dribbling and shooting to some extent,but the degree of improvement is not significant.2.Heavy ball intervention can significantly improve the performance of single shot,while light ball intervention can improve the performance of shot,but not significantly;Secondly,in the aspect of dribbling,the result of light ball intervention was significantly improved,while the result of heavy ball intervention was improved but not significantly.3.For students with excellent basic basketball skills,using heavy ball intervention inteaching can significantly improve the total score of dribbling and shooting,especially the score of shooting;Light ball intervention did not improve the total score significantly.4.For students with good basic basketball skills,using heavy ball intervention in teaching can improve the overall score of dribbling and shooting,but it is not obvious;Light ball intervention can improve the total score,but not obviously.5.For students with poor basic basketball skills,light ball intervention can significantly improve the overall score of dribbling and shooting,especially the score of individual dribbling.The heavy ball intervention improved the total score,but not significantly.
