In recent years, as large-scale rural labor move to urban areas, the left-behindchildren has become the focus of the society. Scholars in related disciplines alsoconducted in-depth research, and have some achievements. However, the society andscholars pay more attention to the adverse effects on children’s physical and mentaldevelopment from " Left" environment. This article, from the view of perspective ofpositive psychology, through literature research and case interviews, get the goodqualities that the left-behind children have, and analyze what lead to it, aiming to studyand solve the problem of left-behind children and to provide a new idea.Literature research mainly collect information from CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu,Baidu, Google and other databases; while the interview subjects and order to areteachers, students, guardians and companions. The results show that the good qualitiesof these left-behind children are excellent academic records,good performance in certainaspects.And they are optimistic and can properly handle the difficulties during the“left-behind”.They also have good interpersonal relationships. Factors contributing tothese qualities include that parents should pay attention to choose the appropriate means,frequency and tools of communication, and that divorced families should try to reducethe negative impact of divorce. Parents should make children feel their love; guardianshould strengthen cooperation with schools and teachers, and they should pay attentionto adolescent education, improve their ability to guardianship, and custody familiespeers example of the power can not be ignored.Study found that teacher plays animportant role during the left-behind children grow up. The process of developcultivation and stimulate learning motivation should be strengthened and focus on thedifferences between individuals. The establishment of specialized schools or classes canalso be the new initiatives, which is worthy of learning and promotion. Attention fromthe society, newspapers, magazines and other media related to the physical and mentalhealth of left-behind children.In a word, that the left-behind children in the " Left" environment can growhealthily mainly due to the compensation of the love, which seems to reduce because ofthe left.So the negative effects of left can be reduced or disappear. Of course, thesechildren are not perfect, and the focus of this paper is only its excellent quality, which isthe follow-up studies need to improve.
