Ideological and political education is an ongoing social activity in a certain environment. Environment affects not only the development of the ideological and political education, but also the effectiveness of the ideological and political education activities. Compared with other areas and disciplines environment, ideological and political education environment has its own significant features—complexity, openness and plasticity. With the deepening and development of education reform under the new situation, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities shoulder the daunting task of innovation and great challenges. It is a large complex engineering system. The ideological and political education in colleges and universities will be with innovation and optimization only when the initiative of subject and object is fully mobilized, the community resources is full used, the past experience in domestic and international innovation which was able to successfully solve problems is learnt.Ideological and political education environment is an eternal subject in this field.
