Abstract/Summary:
ObjectiveBy comparing before and after the change in core strength training onadolescent spine morphology and gait, Poor promotion and youth as its core strengthtraining spine morphology and the prevention and treatment of gait provide atheoretical basis.MethodsExperiment1: At the beginning, Select the spinal curvature greater than5.00cm named junior boys12subjects were divided into a control group (n=6) andexperimental group (n=6). For adolescent spine morphology characteristics of thedevelopment, design10-week training program for youth core strength, as anexperimental intervention in the experimental group. Experimental determination ofthe subjects before and after anterior two songs value, lumbar spine before the songforms and other indicators of value. The degree of difference between usingindependent samples T-test was used to detect two groups of test indicators.Experiment2: Select12relatively less obese normal gait junior high schoolgirls as experimental subjects for gait characteristics of adolescent development, anddesign a10-week training program for youth core strength, training and aftertraining by former female students step modal parameters were analyzed to evaluatethe effect of core strength training gait improvement. Using indicators of the degreeof difference before each test for independent samples T-test was used to detect andafter training.Results(1) Core strength training on adolescent spine morphologySignificantly lower (P<0.01), but not in the core strength training groupdecreased significantly male students to participate in core strength training beforeand after anterior song (P>0.05); But before the song on the waist and lungcapacity, heart rate and chest values but does not appear the same results(P>0.05).(2) Core strength training on adolescent gait Compared with the previous participate core strength training, junior highschool girls performing Pace core strength before and after exercise, plantar contactarea of the time step size, duration, and single foot support time, aspects of the gaitcycle time significantly different (P<0.01), but the pace/step height and length/height no difference (P>0.05).ConclusionsCore strength training methods adopted for the development of adolescentspine morphology and gait may be designed to strengthen the core area of themuscle groups by force, effectively correct curvature of the spine of young studentsand gait abnormalities, suggesting that core strength training is probably teenagerscurvature of the spine and gait abnormalities prevention and rehabilitation methods.
