Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Distance Education In Rongxian

The construction of new socialist countryside, the development of rural economy, need a lot of professional personnel, the quality of rural labor in our country put forward higher requirements. As China’s largest population groups, farmers need to improve the level of scientific and cultural level, grasp market information, and enhance their competitiveness. However. China’s large population, regional differences, the overall cultural level of farmers is not high, need to fully develop, use the media network resources, take the modern distance education and information services, to provide remote information and knowledge services for workers and farmers in rural areas. It is in this context, the modern distance education in rural areas came into being.In this paper, we use the theory of autonomous learning, interaction theory, the theory of rural education and other theoretical basis, the development of rural distance education to do a theoretical basis. Then, using field survey interview method to study the current situation of the development of Rural Distance Education in Rongxian. including the basic situation of rural distance education, the implementation of methods, teaching content, existing problems, causes, etc..It is found that the problems of the Rural Distance Education in Rongxian are as follows:first, the mass cadres have deviation in the understanding of distance education, and reduce the enthusiasm of participating in distance education. The two is that the content is not rich enough, the teaching method is not flexible. The three is the gap of teachers, the quality of distance education is low, and the teaching quality is not high.On this basis, the paper puts forward policy recommendations to promote Rongxian Rural Distance Education:first, strengthen propaganda work, promote the formation of active learning ideas and educational ideas; two is to establish a sound rural distance education system, ensure the development of rural distance education training program development, four is to strengthen the construction of rural distance education, improve the quality and quantity of teachers, five is to improve the rural distance education.
