Research On Entrepreneurship Education Project Management In DY Campus

Building Innovative country calling for innovation and entrepreneurship,entrepreneursh-ip can effectively alleviate employment pressure of college students and higher educationprofessional development, the triple factors make innovation and entrepreneurship training tobecome a hot topic of education. Colleges and universities have to explore new approaches toentrepreneurship education. Under this kind of education background, DY campus realize thenon-special major of innovation and development by open entrepreneurship education.whichrequires integration of existing education resources, explore ways to scientific management,promoting the development of entrepreneurship education in DY campus.This paper targets DY campus entrepreneurship education as the research object. Usingthe idea of project management and project management process related knowledge, throughliterature, investigation and comparative analysis methods, builds DY campus entrepreneur-ship education project management system. It aims at improving the DY campuses indynamic management capacity and resources integration capacity in entrepreneurshipeducational process, achieving educational goals, providing reference for carrying outuniversity entrepreneurship education, cultivating innovative entrepreneurial talent. Thispaper argues that entrepreneurship education can be regarded as intellectual conversionoriented projects, project management contribute to improve the effectiveness ofentrepreneurship education. The core of Entrepreneurship Education Project management inDY Campus is to build project management system consisting of following5parts, projectinitiation, planning, implementation, control and closure. Among them, the project plan andimplementation is the focus of the system, is the key point to achieve the educationalresources integration and dynamic management in DY campus. By practice ofentrepreneurship education project management system in DY campus, the managementsystem will continue to be optimized.
