The research on how to promote teachers’professional development by using teaching reflection has more and more attracted the scholars at home and abroad, and it has been an important way to promote teachers’professional development. The study puts forward the solutions to promote teachers’professional development around the topic of how information technology to promote teaching reflection, it is on the basis of comparing the existing teaching video tools and analyzing the teaching reflection model, by using related teaching video analysis tools and Combining with the existing normal skill training practice.First of all, using the methods of literature study and participant observation, analysis the general process of teaching reflection, the classification of teaching skills and application status of classroom research supported by video analysis. On this basis, the study introduces the representative video analysis tools that the development is relatively mature, then compares these tools from the interface composition, analysis function and extended application, determines MediaNotes as the teaching video analysis tool of this study; Second, the study lucubrates the process of teaching reflection and teaching video logical framework for analysis, focuses on the modes of teaching reflection both at home and abroad, then divides the effective teaching reflection process into three basic stages:description stage, analysis stage and action stage, and connecting with the general framework of teaching video analysis, designs the operation of the various stages specifically, and gives "the concrete implementation plan of the teaching skills reflection". Third, on the basis of the above research, the study chooses some of the practice teaching students as the research object, fatherly makes the empirical test through the qualitative analysis of the interview data, different reflection methods contrast data, observation data in the process.The levels of the teaching reflection are the key indicators to measure the normal skills. From the global perspective, using the operational and high-quality teaching video analysis software, can quickly and effectively make the cruxes of the teaching skill explicit, make the target of teaching reflection more clear, and promote the development of normal skills and teachers’profession while guiding and improving the normal students’teaching reflection.
