With the rapid development of information technology, distance education has become a field of teacher training. It has solved many problems of traditional education, such as low efficiency, high cost, low teacher-training ratio, single form and so on. In the present world, Teacher training in the network environment has become a popular practice in teachers’ continuing education. British Open University as the most prestigious school in the world,it’s teacher-student ratio is1:20. However, in our country the ratio is much higher because of the affection of capital factors and the number of students and online tutors, and these issues can’t be resolved in the near future. As a result, our country is facing a severe test about how to carry out the continuing education preferably. A method of counselling is difficult to adapt to the needs of the many learners at the same time, and in our country Supporting services are difficult to come true one to one counselling strategies, so providing a complete learning supporting service system is necessary, it can make different policies according to different modules of the system. This presented a severe test of our country about how to better carry out the continuing education. This need to provide a complete learning support service system that can make a different policy module.Before defining the concept of " Network and continuing education " and "learning support service", I made the analysis of the current situation of teachers’ continuing training, based on the application of the network of distance education in teacher training and learning based on the current situation of support service. First of all, adult learning theory, the theory of knowledge classification and learning style theory as the theoretical basis of this study. From the theoretical analysis of teacher training network learning support service strategy. Secondly, the study relies on the platforms of " Under the information technology to teach you how to teach courses " in Zhejiang province teacher education network. The authors analyze students who has participated in the training by the method of network interaction and level of knowledge building, to understand the present situation of students learning network training. Using a questionnaire to investigate teachers who attended the summer training, analysis of teachers’ learning and Support Service needs, to find the problems and causes of the continuing education of network learning support service in existence. Thirdly, this study developed the Learning support service strategy from the academic support, emotion support, management support and technical support in four aspects. Finally, this study to validate learning support strategies. Using learning support strategies to carry out learning support service in "under the condition of information technology to teach you how to teach well" a new round of training courses. After the training, by comparing the satisfaction of students, learning effect analysis, analysis of network interactive behavior analysis and knowledge analysis to verify the network training and learning support service strategy effect. Last this study summarized the main work and innovation points on this research, and the limitations of this study, finally we express the further prospects.
