The Study Of Social Work Collaborate Community Governance

Community governance belongs tosocial governance system in the micro-level, good community governance hasimportant significance for the entire construction of modern governance system.Enhance the governance capacity, it needs to achieve a wide range of governance.Community governance is a new concept of governance which based on the pastsocial management, it can be said that the social management "upgrade." It is morefocused on community involvement among multiple subjects, focusing on communityparticipation awareness, the ability to participate in training and community cohesion.In emphasizing advocacy-oriented management concept today, social governancereflects this notion of community management and services.Social work has developmented a long time in our country, and has obtainedgood results in a number of fields, received more attention and recognition. Socialwork advocates the respect for people, caring for people, carrys out the service in thehumanism background. Social work basically uses flexible working methods. It isdifferent with the administrative management trend of community managementexisting today. Social work intervenes community, can change the communityadministrative management service concept and method, is also in line with the futuredevelopment trend of community. This paper finally establishes five cooperative mechanism, the interaction of government oriented mechanism, coordination mechanism, operationmechanism, system guarantee mechanism, evaluation mechanism, the benignoperation of the five systems can guarantee social work for effective collaborativecommunity governance.Construction of the cooperated collaborative mechanism of social work incommunity governance, meaning is to find a model from the macro and micro levelbetween different from previous studies, paying too much attention to the macro ormicro, overcomes the defects of other studies, this paper is a new try for thecommunity governance research.
