How education technology major students think about knowledge and knowing ofeducational technology is affecting the entire learning process and ultimate learning effects. Inthis study, the relationship between learning beliefs and learning behaviors has beeninvestigated with several research methods such as interviews and questionnaires to theundergraduate students major in education technology in Northeast Normal University tounderstand the current situation and relationships. The purpose of this study is to investigatethe learning beliefs held by education technology undergraduates, and their learning behaviors,so as to improve educational technology undergraduates learning status.Based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data, the research has found outthat education technology undergraduates adopt active but very weak learning beliefs, whichat the same time cannot be affected by learner gender, grade, willingness, academicachievement, learning objectives, personal course preference and etc. Despite learning beliefcan predict learning behaviors, the learning beliefs held by education technologyundergraduates don’t fully act on the learning behaviors, therefore, the joint interpretation isnot very high.The study is divided into seven chapters: Chapter1provides a critical andcomprehensive literature review of different research programs at home and abroad and abrief analysis of some conceptions and the definition appeared in the study; Chapter2provides the theoretical models of education technology learning beliefs and learningbehaviors, and the assuming model of their relationship; Chapter3presents the researchdesign and methodology, including research purposes, the research subjects, hypothesis andmethods used in this study, interview outline and a questionnaire designing philosophyintroduction; Chapter4is talking about the validity and reliability of the initial sample and thefinal questionnaire; Chapter5is results analysis in which SPSS has been used to process andanalyze the data; Chapter6is results discussion; Chapter7is the conclusion part and outlook,which presents the shortcomings in the research, further research and exploration in thefuture.
