Late qing dynasty, in the increasingly severe national crisis and survival crisis underthe great pressure, called decree issued in1901the new administration. Earlier middle qing dynasty feudal education in jilin area mainly includesthe authority, private and academy three categories, its education level behind theMukden province, more can’t be compared with inland provinces.
