As the top international events such as Olympics and World Cup heldsuccessfully,people are also rising enthusiasm for sports andcontinuity.Those intense athletics not only express the real humanemotion, also inherit rich and profound sports culture,and graduallybecome a bright and long lasting treasure in human historydevelopment.Large sports events contain far more significance beyond thecompetitions and themselves,developing into a grand ceremony incombination with various social effects.Focused and driven by media,largesports events become the closed watched media events.Thus, sports eventsand the mass media become the research object of many subjects and scholars. How to optimize the running of media service in large sports events,andprovide comprehensive and high-quality service for media so as to realizethe common prosperity of sports and the media, has become the focus ofdiscuss and research at home and abroad.According to the theory ofSERVQUAL and maslow’s hierarchy of needs, this paper will take the mediaservices in MPC of the12th national games as an example: to studies itscurrent running status and media reporters’ feeling andevaluation;understand that the journalists’ work normal and needs;to findout the problems and the insufficiency of media service in MPC,throughthe analysis of media perception of services and service demand;in orderto put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures andsuggestions, so as to improve the level of media services, providing areference for other large sports events.First, the study of media service of large sports events conforms tothe the natural inherent logic between event and media’s interaction,andalso promotes the symbiotic win-win, enlarging the influence ofcompetition, not only in the aspect of the promotion of thecompetitiveness of the media reports also has important and profoundtheoretical significance.Second, large sports event media services is an important link topromote the development of sports in China.Third, as the highest level of athletic sports in China,the NationalGames respects the highest competitive level, the largest integratedgames,is an important part of is development strategy in the OlympicGames.The MPC of the National Games is now the most complete newsservices center of domestic, its specific research to our country localmedia services has a great significance in terms of other large sportsevents.event media service has great realistic significance In the aspectof improving the service level and quality, also will drive thedevelopment of other large sports media services in China.Fourth, the MPC media services focused on news service, includingprofessional information service and technical support and guarantee, isthe most core and substance in the media service.The purpose of this study is to explore how to narrow the gap betweenthe current situation and demand.Careful, professional, humanizedservice for the media in order to satisfy the demands of the media, inorder to further improve the service level effective optimizationcountermeasures, so that the media can publicize and efficient, accurateand comprehensive reading competition, realize the benign interactionbetween sports organizations and the media, to serve our country othersports media also provide experience and reference can be used forreference.
