| Since the rapid launching of the popularization of higher education in our country, the number of the national colleges and universities teachers has also grown dramatically, especially young teachers. Now young teachers have became the main force of university teachers. At present, there is a pyramid hierarchical system consisted by "Project985","Project211" and other local colleges and universities. It is no doubt that young teachers in the local colleges and universities are at the disadvantage. But there are some people who teach earnestly, research rigorously, make maximum achievement in the shortest possible time, and finally become professors made an exception.The qualitative research was adopted as the main method to investigate the six exceptional professor who worked in the local colleges and universities.The first-hand information which was collected in the ten times interviews and observations was incode to explore the "native concept", as long as the situational analyse and category analyse to present their fighting story and experience in the academic.In longitudinally, one of the exceptional promoted professor’s growth story was presented wholly in the life history way to make the others the fully and coherently understand process of how he could be the exceptional promoted professor, while in horizontally, the "native concept" such as "faith"ã€"accumulation"ã€"training""inovation""squeeze time""breakthrough" were adopted to indicate how they make their academic training, and in some other "native concept" such as "satisfaction""lesson preparation"ã€"experience"ã€"thought"ã€"dilemma"ã€"twins" were used to suggest how they carried out their teaching. Meanwhile some other factors like times, atmosphere, parenting and keyman influenced their promotion, but the fundamental still lies on the "rely on themselves".With the analyse and introspection of professional growth of the six exceptional promoted professor in the locate college and university and the whole study, five "Grounded theory" was formed. First, it’s a long time of accumulation for the professional growth of the exceptional promoted professor in the locate college and university. Second, the professional growth of the professor can’t leave without the unification of the teaching and research. Third,"rely on themselves" is the key factor for the professional growth of the professor. Fourth, the keymen have a great influence on the academic growth of the exceptional promoted professor in the local college and university. Finally, the professor faces some confusion how to get futher development in the professional growth. With the conclusion mentioned above, the current study thought about how to promote the professional development of the young teacher of the local college in the perspectives of the college administrator and the young teacher themselves. |
