Problem of teacher professional development has become the focus issue in the field of China’s basic education in last decade, the teacher education reform and development,and teachers’ professional development, to focus on the teachers’ professional growth, clear the basic mechanism of teachers’ professional growth,and crack the mode of Experience orientation of teacher professional growth, is the emphasis of teacher education theoretical research.This study attempts to based on the theory of practice to understand the connotation of the practice of teacher professional development, put forward that there is a road of the theory which is becoming teachers, namely the theory of "teaching" cause the consciousness of "teaching",and the consciousness of "teaching" cause the behavior of "teaching", thus it constitutes the teachers’ professional quality, and to show the teachers’ ability in practice. Through the collection, description, and present teacher professional growth of the full-time master of education on the theory road, that is, seeking a road to help a bachelor of science degree in bachelor’s degree students becoming teachers. Therefore, this research will be discussed from the following four aspects:The introduction part:based on the theory of practice, focusing on teachers’ professional growth, to put forward the issue under the experience orientation of teachers’ professional growth, and reviews related research results at home and abroad, to understand the actual connotation of teacher professional development, and put forward that there is a theory to become a teacher.Introduce the method of this study, case study.The first chapter:to become teachers, there is a theory road. Based on the practice theory to understand the actual connotation of teacher professional development, put forward the "path to become a teacher, there is a theory road", which is the theory of "teaching" cause the consciousness of "teaching",and the consciousness of "teaching" cause the behavior of "teaching".The second chapter:the teacher professional growth:the limits of experience road. By describing the classroom life under the influence of the"experience" mode which is such boring, and present the limitations of teacher professional growth on experience road.The third chapten Explore the road:the new teachers’ professional growth. Interviews with some of full-time masters of education who are in different discipline background, and they are at different stages of professional growth, there are beginners, have already started learning two years practice education master degree, also have already graduated from just work less than a year of new teachers, they are all received CNU education college teachers’ professional learning materials to education reform. Based on their professional development experience in the theory of the road, and to show the road of the theory!Conclusion:believe becoming teachers there is a road of the theory, meanwhile, this road is also bring the teachers’ professional consciousness!...
