Reading teaching in Chinese teaching in important position, It is not only an important component ofChinese teaching, but also from the language discipline of instrumental, students want to learn othersubjects, must have a certain ability of reading. In other subjects of study, students who are good at reading,plus good reading method, can accelerate the understanding of basic knowledge and absorption, whichwould be helpful to the study of other subjects. Especially in language learning, the students’ speakingability, ability to listen, to improve writing ability, will be based on the good ability of reading. Therefore,to a large extent determines the success or failure of reading teaching of language result is good or bad.As is known to all, Chinese reading teaching in our country at present there are many problems. Forexample, in the reading teaching, students’ main body status often overlooked; Teachers play a leading rolehas not been properly; Examoriented education new curriculum standard cannot implement well. Aiming atthe main problems existing in the Chinese reading teaching, the new curriculum standard in the third part ofthe implementation of the reading teaching Suggestions in such requirements: the teachers shouldstrengthen the reading guidance for students, guide and inspiration. So in Chinese reading teaching teachershow to play to the role of the guide, lead, inspiration? Aiming at this problem, this article attempts from theAngle of that is new to solve this problem. One of the major problems currently exist in the readingteaching is the teacher’s leading role is not right to play. If you want to change this situation and to improvethe efficiency of language teaching reading, so culturing the students good reading ability and readingmethods, then playing the instruction, guidance and coaching role of the teachers correctively is verynecessary. So how to play the instruction, guidance and coaching effect of teachers in the teaching ofreading? I think the six-step teaching language education the outstanding Wei Shusheng created. Six-stepteaching method not only emphasizes the dominant position of students, give full play to the studentslearning initiative and autonomy, but plays a leading role of teachers accurately and effectively, the realnew curriculum required to achieve the new the idea that both teachers and students into full play inteaching initiative and creativity. Therefore, this study hopes to get some valuable inspiration on how toplay the right language teachers in the teaching of reading the instructions, guidance, coaching role bystudying pedagogy Wei Shusheng new six-step mode. Through careful analysis, I think the teacher Wei Shu sheng six-step mode teach us how to play the leading role of teachers has the following revelation: First,teachers use goals to lead the reading direction; Second, the teachers guide reading methods by self-studyguide; Third, teachers use discuss to read realized coaching; Fourth, teachers use answering to removedyslexia; Fifth, teachers consolidate gains by using self-test; Sixth, teachers read results by usingfeedback. Finally, a classic Lesson Wei Shusheng teacher and my review specifically addressed to teachersin the teaching of reading how to play a guiding, leading, coaching role.
