As an important part of the political education in colleges and universities,acceptance subject have significant differences in characters and behavior because ofthe impact of growing environmental, family background and gender. And thedifference is more and more obvious along with the diversification of the social life inour country and the continuous development of ideological and cultural diversity. Ittakes an promotion influence to the political education work in colleges anduniversities, also bring a series of negative impacts to it which give a seriouschallenge. Therefore, the effective ways to enhance the effectiveness of the politicaleducation is to grasping the differences of acceptance subject and the influences onthe political education in colleges and universities correctly, in order to find the waysto improve the acceptable effect of the political education in colleges and universitieson the basis of respecting the differences of acceptance subject. It is also animportant issue of the political education research in colleges and universities.On the basis of referencing to existing research results,this article aims atimproving the acceptable effect of the political education in colleges and universities.In addition to this, this article guided by the marxist human theory and the receptiontheory of ideological and political education. to search the influence of the differencesin the acceptance subject on the acceptable effect and the improving ways.First of all, this article elaborates the selected background and significance,research status, research ideas and research methods in the first part "introduction".Secondly, this article defines the key conception in the "theoretical discussion"section, for example,"the acceptance subject of the political education in colleges anduniversities","the acceptable effect of the political education in colleges anduniversities". And it deeply discusses the guiding theory and the related reference knowledge; furthermore, in the main part of this article, we use three chapters toanalyze the relationship between the acceptable effect of the political education andthe differences of the acceptance subject in family background, gender, andpersonality. Point at the negative influence on the acceptable effect of the politicaleducation, we put forward the countermeasures to attach great attention to thedifferences of acceptance subject and to improve the acceptance effect of the politicaleducation in colleges and universities. This part provides an important way toenhance the effectiveness of the political education in colleges and universities underthe new situation, In the section of the family difference, the paper analyzes thedifferences of family economic and the differences of family structure. Pointing outthe influence on the acceptable effect of the political education in colleges anduniversities. And these differences affect the personality and behavior of theacceptance subject. In the chapter of the gender differences, the paper explores theinterest、ability and thinking differences between the two gender. In the part of theindividual differences, both the psychological characteristics and the mentalinclination of individual are analyzed. These differences affect dynamic、efficiencyand difficult or easy of the acceptance. Finally, this article summarizes the maincontent of the full article in the "conclusion" section, also points out the problems inessay writing and clears the direction of future efforts.
