Analysis And Countermeasures Of College Students' Career Choices In Sports Colleges In The New Era

The 19th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Under the new era,college students,as builders of China’s socialist cause,are shouldering a new historical mission.In the new era,the number of college graduates in China is increasing year by year,and the employment situation is very serious."Employment" and behind the view of college students themselves are closely related,so this study to college students’ view of the status quo as the starting point and an investigation and analysis of existing problems and causes of the problem,and formulate the corresponding guiding strategy,under the new era of college students to set up scientific view of a certain role in promoting.Through consulting a large number of Chinese and foreign literatures on career choice,and combining with the relevant contents of Xi Jinping thought on youth in the New Era,this paper provides an important theoretical basis for this paper.This paper takes SHENYANG SPORT UNIVERSITY,Jilin Institute Of Physical Education,Harbin sport university section of the three colleges and universities undergraduate questionnaire for investigation object,through SPSS software for data recovery in exploratory factor analysis,explore the view of college students in the new era of sports institutes include cognition,career motivation,career value orientation of profession,the four dimensions of career ethics,and the questionnaire has good,reliability and validity of the status quo of college students view can be used in the investigation.It is found that the cognition of career choice of sports college students needs to be further improved,the material motivation of career choice is strong,the value orientation of career choice lacks dedication spirit,and the ethics of career choice can basically follow the socialist core values.According to the results of the difference analysis,there are significant differences between the gender,grade and the college,but there is no difference between the political status and student cadre status of the college students in the new era.Based on the above understanding and analysis of the problems existing in college students’ career choice concept in three sports colleges and universities in northeast China,this paper puts forward corresponding guidance countermeasures,and puts forward specific measures in six aspects: society,colleges and universities,families,oneself,peers and enterprises.
