With the popularization of higher education and the expansion of college enrollment,the number of college graduates unemployed keeps increasing.Under the background of the rapid development of market economy,the adjustment of economic structure leads to the increase of the contradiction between supply and demand in the labor market,which affects the employment rate and employment quality of college students,thus causing various social problems.Improving the employment situation of college students has become the focus of the society,the government,colleges and universities and college students themselves.In order to solve the employment situation of college students,China proposes in the thirteenth Five-Year Plan that we should take employment as the priority goal of economic development,implement the priority strategy and create a positive employment policy environment to reduce the employment pressure of college students and improve the employment level.The employment service for college students is led by the government,Universities provide employment skills training and social organizations provide other services.The development of employment service for college students in China is mainly divided into three stages.The first stage is the "general package" stage,government provides uniform services.The second stage is the "two-way selection" stage,universities began to set up career guidance centers.The third stage is the stage of "self-employment",the government has improved the employment service system for college students,and universities have set up corresponding employment guidance courses to improve their employment skills and improve their employment quality.At present,the number of college graduates continues to increase,the employment situation of college students has become very serious.Although the government continues to improve the employment service system,the imbalance between supply and demand still exists in the labor market,and improving the employment quality of college students has become an important part of the public employment service.As the number of college graduates in Hohhot continues to increase,the employment situation of college students has become very grim.Although the government continues to improve the employment service system,the imbalance between supply and demand in the labor market still exists.Improving the employment quality of college students in Hohhot has become an important part of college employment services.This article takes college students in Hohhot as the research object,by issuing questionnaires on the employment service quality of college students in Hohhot,and using reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statisticalanalysis,and variance analysis on the collected questionnaires to explore the problems in the employment service quality of college students in Hohhot And reasons,finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of employment services for college students in Hohhot.The main research contents of this article are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,introducing the research background and significance of this article,combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,and determining the research ideas and research methods of the thesis,as well as the innovations and difficulties.Chapter two is the definition of concepts and related theories.It explains the core concepts of public employment services,college employment services,employment service quality,service quality gap models,and servqual service quality methods.Quality management theory has laid the theoretical research foundation for this article.The third chapter analyzes the employment service policies and current situation of college students,combs the relevant college student employment service policies issued by the Chinese government,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region government and the Hohhot city government,and analyzes the employment quality of college students in Hohhot.The fourth chapter is an empirical study of the employment service quality of college students in Hohhot.Through the five dimensions of the service quality gap model and the servqual scale,combined with the characteristics of college students,a questionnaire for the employment service quality of college students in Hohhot was developed.Distribute questionnaires to colleges and universities,analyze the collected questionnaires by spss data,test the reliability and validity of the questionnaires,measure the gap between expected service quality and perceived service quality through descriptive analysis,and use variance analysis to calculate each dimension Is there a significant difference between the expected service and the perceived service? Chapter five is the analysis of the problems and causes in the employment services of college students in Hohhot.Based on the data analysis in Chapter4,it reveals the problems of the quality of employment services for college students in Hohhot and analyzes the main causes of the problems.Chapter six provides countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.The seventh chapter is the conclusion,which is the summary and prospect of the content of the article.
