Biological is a foundation course in natural sciences, which cultivateevery student’s biological quality by the means of experiments,observation andexploring,and use the ways of learning as independence and cooperation. Duringthe Biological classroom teaching, the theories of Personalized Learning based onMobile and Internet can stimulate student’s interest of learning, optimizeclassroom teaching, cultivate the st’udents ability to get and select theinformation, and cultivate the students’ autonomous learning awareness andhabits. So, the students can not only learn the basic skills and knowledge, but alsodevelop their abilities to find problems and solve the problems. The theories ofPersonalized Learning based on Mobile and Internet also has important practicalsignificance of deepening our curriculum reform of Biology Teaching.The paper explains the practical significance and the value of the theory ofPersonalized Learning based on Mobile and Internet in high school Biologicalclassroom teaching on the basis of collecting and collating information onthe literature. The paper also builds the mode of learning, combs the basicteaching process and constructs the mode of teaching evaluation which includingteacher-evaluation, self-evaluation and problem-evaluation for PersonalizedLearning based on Mobile and Interne.The paper uses the study method of activities and experiments. Theexperiment chooses2classes in second grade in high school as the experimentalobject and carries out the teaching practice of the Personalized Learning based onMobile and Internet in the experimental class. At the end of the experiment, itconducts a test of two classes and analyzes the results of the experiment and thetest. The experiment result shows that: the teaching of the Personalized Learningbased on Mobile and Internet has a significant influence to improve the schoolachievement of Biological teaching for the student of the second grade in highschool. The students of experimental classes also have interviews and carry on thequestionnaire survey at the bases of experimental teaching. According to theresults of the survey: more than90%students accept and like the teaching waysof Personalized Learning based on Mobile and Internet; most students think itimprove their abilities of self-learning and the ability of getting information andcooperation. We learn from the students’ interviews that it not only improve thestudents’ interest to learn Biology and improve the students’ abilities to find andsolve the problems, but also enhance the self-conifdence of students, cultivatestudents’ ability of unity and cooperation, and promote the establishment of goodrelations between teachers and students. In short, the teaching of PersonalizedLearning based on Mobile and Internet in Biological classroom has obtained thegood teaching effect and has a certain popularization value.
