“Chinese curriculum is a comprehensive and practical curriculum about Chineselanguage application” and its ultimate target is to cultivate the students’ capability ofChinese language application. Saussure ever divided "language" into "langue" and"parole". It not only lead the researches on philosophy to turn to language researches,but also caused a reform in Chinese teaching--focusing on the language itself, andpaying attention on language teaching. Chinese teaching aims at cultivating a variety ofcompetences for students in which Chinese verbal ability is regarded as the corecompetence, and literary text is the main medium to educate students’ language ability,so it is the main way to educate students’ good language sense, and improve theirlanguage application ability by tasting the teaching of literary texts.This paper is mainly divided into six parts to discuss the literary text language tasteteaching. The first part of this paper is about the current situation and problems existingin literary text language taste teaching of Chinese teaching. The second part mainlyclarifies some important concepts such as "text","langue","parole","language tasteteaching" under the theory of literature and art, linguistics, Chinese teaching and otherdisciplines, to clarify the "text","language","language","language taste teaching". Thethird part focuses on analyzing the important significance of literary text language tasteteaching from some aspects of philosophy turning, students’ thinking development,language characteristics, teaching practice. The rest three parts of this paper would putforward the conception about the principle of literary text language taste teaching, andits specific practical methods on the basis of the author’ teaching practice experienceand excellent teachers’ teaching cases. It aims to update the concept of teachers, andprovide a significant reference in literary text language taste teaching practice.
