| As the education market expansion and the secondary vocationaleducation to higher education cohesion systemization, more and more art schoolstudents have a chance to study art major in higher school. However, the deficiency ofvocational humanistic education of secondary vocational art school in the process oftalent cultivation, including the lack of professional humanities courses, the defect ofhumanistic literacy of subject teachers, and the insufficiency degree of recognition onvocational humanistic education by students, which cause vocational humanisticquality is not high. It not only does a negative impact on students’ continue studyingin university, but also their future career development. This is the reason we doresearch.Research takes XX affiliated secondary music school as the research object,using methods of questionnaire and interview. First, select three grades (10-12)students for research (one class per grade, the school has11classes (10-12),4classesof10grade,4classes of11grade, and3classes of12grade, about30-35students perclass).90questionnaires were distributed. Questionnaire content include the presentsituation of vocational humanistic education implementation in school, the students’needs and attitudes of vocational humanistic education. Research uses SPSS16.0onthe questionnaire data statistics. In addition, research also chose five teachers(including literacy class teacher and professional class teacher) to carry on theinterview for realizing the condition and attitude of teachers to the vocationalhumanistic education. We get the detailed first-hand data through questionnaire andinterview. Finally, Both theoretical analysis and empirical investigation provides an effective information support in the research.The research carries out under theory of vocational humanistic. Paper follows thetrain of thought of "how-what-why" for researching. First, by reviewing the relatedliterature, finding the source of the problem, analyzing the necessity and feasibility bylogical argumentation; Secondly, analyze the status quo of vocational humanisticeducation with detailed data which gets by the investigation, and finds its influencefactors; finally, on the basis of the data, and the related research results at home andabroad, put forward the corresponding reform strategy.Paper is divided into four parts:Part I: Introduction, including the background of the research. the purpose andmeaning of the research, the research status quo at home and abroad, ideas andmethods of the study, and definition.Part II: The analysis on vocational humanistic education of XX affiliatedsecondary music school. As the core part of the thesis, we take XX affiliatedsecondary music school for example. Expect to through methods of studentquestionnaire and teacher interview to understand the training mode and the presentsituation of vocational humanistic education, students’ attitude toward vocationalhumanistic education and the demand, etc. Through the investigation, we found thatstudents are lack of literacy, the school is insufficient of vocational humanistic coursesand it’s personnel training goal is deviated, and the lack of effectiveness of teachingin the process of penetrating vocational humanistic education of teachers;Part III: The path and strategy to implement vocational humanistic education ofsecondary vocational art school. Combined with the collected data and relevanteducation policies in China and expert proposal, put forward some suggests, includingto renew the idea of talent training, improve construction on the curriculum ofvocational humanistic education and construct the mechanism of the operation andguarantee of vocational humanistic education, etc. |
