In this paper,using the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis and other research methods to analyze the current situation and problems existing in the current vocational colleges sports teaching mode from the perspective of the humanistic spirit,and put forward scientific suggestions and Countermeasures to solve the problem,is beneficial to improve students'sports and cultural knowledge,establish the correct life outlook,values,world view.The research results show that:In 1,under the humanistic view of physical education teaching mode should be a kind of guide students to form correct learning habits,to[increase sports teaching mode from the perspective of humanities characteristics of the learning process into enough attention,maintain the principal position of students,let the student independently to participate in teaching activities,encouraging them to get the comprehensive development of a kind of teaching mode.But from fujian area secondary vocational colleges and universities sports teaching survey,only ten percent of the teachers is to focus on students'psychological development,and sixty percent teachers choose the more attention,in addition to close to thirty percent of the teachers do not focus too much on students'psychological development.In addition,the current sports teachers'teaching focus on two points,respectively,is to promote the students'sports level and promote students'physical fitness.These two points is reflected in the current teaching goal in explicit goals.However,teachers'attention on the stealth target is small,if compare the recessive goal and dominant goal,there is no doubt that the importance of recessive goal is more big,however the current teachers often blind to this point.In 2,the current Fujian Vocational College of physical education,the arrangement of the content of general table tennis,basketball;volleyball,football,badminton and so on,accounted for 90%of the entire project,especially the investigation in the three big ball on the arrangement of the free school commencement rate for 100%.In addition,according to the literature research you can see the current vocational colleges in the teaching of physical education curriculum content does not follow the social development needs to be further improved and updated.In 3,the current sports teaching in vocational schools is the most common way of teaching is the perception method,practice method and so on,accounted for the proportion of the 93.75%and 87.5%.method which used by teachers or traditional,these methods are not new.In 4,secondary vocational school sports teaching the main evaluation methods rely on test scores to students.Almost all of the teachers are using the quantitative evaluation methods for students scoring.But in the evaluation of students'progress and students to participate in extracurricular physical exercise on the score for the entire education evaluation the proportion is relatively low.In 5,the problems of physical education teaching mode in secondary vocational schools in Fujian province are as follows:the content of sports teaching tends to be technical;the teaching methods of physical education are fuzzy and humanistic;and the pursuit of quantitative evaluation of Physical Education Teaching.In 6,the school sports teaching situation of fujian province area and to the research and analysis,this paper will optimize the mode of secondary vocational physical education teaching strategy summed up as follows:to establish the coordinated development of students'physical and mental health of the target system;To improve the teaching evaluation system based on students;Enrich the teaching means of personalized development of students.
