Since the founding of China, the party and the country has been attention to women’s education, development of a variety of effective policies and legislation, protection of the rights of women to education. In China, women nearly for more than half of the population, which is an immeasurable power human resources. Since reforming and opening policy, A large number of rural male labor migrant workers, which resulted in the emergence of a large number of left behind women in rural areas, they have become a major force indispensable in rural development. The responsibility of women in the family is getting heavier and heavier, not only to engage in productive labor, but also to take care of the family. Due to the degree and the level of the rural women accept the education, will directly affect the construction of new socialist countryside and women themselves. Therefore study on the problem of education training to rural remaining women and its influencing factors, is of great practical significance.Now, the study of this group the lack of in-depth empirical research, China academic circles haven’t specifically for the study of rural remaining women’s intention to education. What’s the theoretical framework of the rural remaining women’s intention to education? What are the impact factors of the rural remaining women’s intention to education? What is the degree and direction of their influences? How to encourage, guide and support the rural remaining women’s intention to education? etc. These questions are worthy of our further research. Based on the synthesis of literature study, investigates and interviews on the spot, questionnaires, case analysis, comparison research and logistic regression analysis etc., this paper, taking Zhoukou City of Henan Province as an example, empirically analyses the influencing factors and intention to education. Main contents and conclusions of the full text are as follows:First, described in the present situation of education and training of rural remaining women in Zhoukou City, Henan Province, combining the characteristics of education and training of rural remaining women in China. The problems are: the implementation of the policy is not in place; the training system is not perfect; the lack of funding; the basic conditions of education training is not enough; the training content is out of the line with market.Second, based on the research of the factors influencing and intention of rural remaining women’s education and training in Henan Province models, with the combination of theory of demography and sociology theory, constructs the decision model of education and training of rural remaining women.Third, based on the theoretical framework, combined with the environment research of the rural remaining women’s education and training and characteristics of rural remaining women themselves. The factors influencing rural remaining women are:individual factors、family factors and training factors. Individual factors include age、education、the average annual income、efficacy. Family factors include the average family education and the traditional family values. Training factors include training awareness and training experience. This paper has carried on the theoretical analysis to the mechanism of each factor.Fourth, it empirically analyses the impact factors of the rural remaining women’s education and training, by using logistic model based on the inductive analysis about the characteristics of it. The result shows that the main impact factors are:whether to trust their own ability; the view of traditional family; training awareness; training experience; education; the average years of education in their families age and incomes etc. They have no significant impacts on the rural remaining women’s education and training.Fifth, this paper proposes some policy recommendations to enhance the intention of the rural remaining women’s education and training. The main policy recommendations include:To raise awareness, increase the government’s support, putting the rural remaining women’s education and training in an important position; to improve the training principle of the rural remaining women’s education and training in Henan province, combined with the actual situation in Henan Province; to increase training pertinence and validity, innovation the mode of the rural remaining women’s education and training; to improve the investment channels and establishment of government investment, multiple the financing system of social group financing; to give full play to the positive role of local organization, strengthening the cooperation between related departments; to establish and perfect the relevant laws and regulations and policies, security education and training work into practice;to-steengthen the management and supervision of the rural remaining women’s education and training work, establish evaluation mechanism.
