Not only does the appropriate model change of social and economic organization in rural areas, the city also needs to adjust itself to meet the new owner of these cities. Therefore, livelihood and ecological problems of farmers will constantly burst out, which also will become the focus of attention of research scholars. On the current situation, the conflict between rural livelihoods and ecology has been very serious, continuing to expand with promotion of rural development with the logic the industrial civilization. At the dilemma of solving development of urbanization, the origin nature of this rural field has a good advantage. This may mean that, once we give farmers the right to solve their own problems, the rural society might create a new form of social management. This new form will be more in line with the requirements of ecological civilization, and can be extended to other areas.
