Developing effective educational assessment systems that can contribute to improve Education quality is a priority for any country’s economy and society development in the world. Strengthening the educational assessment to provide education information for every social department to judge, understand and improve the quality of education has become an urgent need for the development of modern education. In order to adapting to the new situation and the new requirements of economic society and the development of education, China’s Ministry of education proposed to vigorously promote the comprehensive education assessment reform of the quality of education in primary and middle schools in china.Now more and more governments are interested in learning from the experience of other countries that have already made the journey (or are in the way) to develop the irassessment system. Compared with other countries, our education assessment started late and our basic education assessment system has not been established.
