The practical and effective implementation of the ideological and political theoryeducation is a systematic project, which involves education idea, curriculum systemconstruction, team construction for teachers and construction of various relatedmanagement system. It needs to take a variety of means and measures to deal with thetest that the ideological and political education work is facing with at present. As themost basic and important relationship in teaching activities, the teacher-studentrelationship has an important effect on the ideological and political educationactivities and the development of students’ body and mind. So it becomes animportant topic for each ideological and political education worker that how to build anew kind of to respond the challenges of the ideological and political education inhigher school.In fact, the teacher-student relationship still turns to traditional form in thecurrent ideological and political education activities. The relationship betweenteachers and students is still the essential departed relations, in some fields ofideological and political education it even manifests as management form between thesuperior and inferior.This traditional relationship form that the teacher is respectableand the student should subject to the teacher makes ideological and political teacherstend to teach the existing knowledge but pay less attention to the development ofstudents’ life and thought. It also makes ideological and political teachers pay moreattention to the memorization of knowledge but less to the development of values.Therefore, in the implementation process of the theory course of the ideological andpolitical education, the traditional teacher-student relationship promotes theimplementation of the teaching plan in knowledge teaching, but there is still someinsufficient in the formation of the students’ values.In consideration of the issuing of “the national medium and long-term educationreform and development plan outline (2010-2020)†and “national medium andlong-term talent development plan outline (2010-2020)â€.It becomes more importanttrying to structure a new type of relationship between teachers and students on base ofunderstanding the positive and negative function of the traditional teacher-studentrelationship correctly, investigating the new situation of the ideological and political education work, and knowing the characteristics of the ideological and politicaleducation.This study consists of five components: the first part is the introduction. Itincludes the reason why we choose the topic, the research ideas, the research methodsand the research review at home and abroad on the relationship between teachers andstudents. The second part is the study on the theory of the relationship betweenteachers and students. In this part, we made a systematic study on the concept,connotation, characteristics and development form of the relationship betweenteachers and students. At the same time, we analyzed the positive and negativefunction of the teacher-student relationship in the college ideological and politicaleducation theory course. In the third part, we discussed the theory basis, the concept,connotation and basic characteristics of the construction of a different relationshiptype between teachers and students based on the theoretical study. In the fourth part,we systematically talked about the construction strategy of the new relationshipbetween teachers and students around the university, teachers, students. In the lastpart, we talked about the education influence of the other social subjects. |
