Well-being means that comprehensive happiness is one of the positive personalitycharacteristics studied by modern positive psychology, including subjective well-being andpsychology well-being. There are splendid relevant research results at home and abroad, mostexploring the theoretically framework, functional significance, processing mechanism of thetwo parts and the exploitation and application of the positive psychology separately, but thereis lack of document for the part well-being intervening life stress and psychological crisis.Therefore, this study analyzes it empirically, and does some innovative explorationsignificantly.In this research, on the basis of well-being theory and relevant research results of positivepsychology, we use WBS, SLSI and PCS to random select552objects, and at the same time,we adopt qualitative research to interview “well-being factors”“influencing well-beingfactors”“well-being implement method” personally. We do average comparison T-text andmultiple linear regressions to the survey data with SPSS19.0,and use AMOS7.0matchingstructural equation model and path analysis of “life stress—comprehensivewell-being—psychology crisis”.Based on the literature review, qualitative research and empirical analysis, the researchgets the following innovative conclusions:(1) The well-being is rooted from positive experimenting happiness and self-actualizingwell-being. The well-being, acting as a kind of advantage power, firstly, it comes from theexperimenting of the positive emotions of our real life, like the satisfaction and happinessfeelings for life; next, it originates from the self-realizing process of life pursuant, like thesense of worth and achievement. According to psychology processing mechanism of thecomprehensive well-being, and combining with the detailed content of the search, we candraw a conclusion that: the college students own positive emotional experimenting subjectivewell-being under the life stress condition, they can face the stress straightly, endure setbacksand cope with crisis; if they possess psychology well-being of self-realizing when coming across crisis, they can stay active, defeat sorrow, promote value and pursue goals. Thesubjective well-being of positive emotion power by overcoming stress to intervene crisis andthe psychology well-being of personality power by pursuing goals to intervene crisis, the twopower not only can express each emphasizing positive role respectively, and also can expressmore general and long positive synergy effects together.(2) The college students have the special understanding and realizing ways forself-well-being. From the personal interview, we find that the understanding of “well-beingsignificance” processes “sense of satisfaction, happiness, love and be-loved, achievement anddream or ideality realizing”; and the answers of “well-being influencing factors” consist of“economic factors, interpersonal relationship, personality factors, life motion and physical andmental health and so on”; there are some frequent answers for “the well-being implementmethods”, which are “well-being teaching, self-adjusting, helping others, friendlycommunications and self-improvement and so on”. Visibly, quality interviewing students’experiencing well-being is so conformity to comprehensive well-being theory.(3) The comprehensive well-being takes an important keeping effect for graduates’psychology health. When the well-being total value increasing, the life satisfaction andpositive emotion will grow either, and the negative emotion will be weakened. When thegraduated confront with pressure and life stress, well-being will act as a powerful emotionalstrength to relieve the impact force of the stressful event, thereby the psychological crisis cansomehow be weakened, in that to intervene it effectively. Self-value takes a high warningintervened effect to psychology crisis during the psychology well-being keeping. Whenundergoing setbacks, keep his chin up, trust himself and notice him own advantages and admithis own shortcoming, believe the significance of existence and life goals, the process ofself-acceptance ceaselessly makes early warning, remission and effective intervention forpsychology crisis.(4) Well-being takes a media effect between stress and crisis. The collage students’comprehensive well-being (consisting of emotional subjective well-being and personalitypsychology well-being), takes a good media effect during the life stress inducing psychologycrisis. Concretely, it shows the positive buffering effect to the life stress, and positiveintervening effects to the post-psychology crisis. During this process, the positive effects ofsubjective well-being are superior to the psychology well-being. Therefore comprehensivewell-being is the positive personality strength and potential psychology capital of remittinglife stress and intervening psychology crisis for the graduates.(5) Based on the conclusion of the research, we rise training suggestions for well-beingquality. The theoretical achievements of positive psychology well-being and the main conclusion of the empirical study of comprehensive well-being provide beneficialdemonstrational parameter and theoretical direction for graduates’ psychological healtheducation and psychology crisis intervening, especial for the positive psychology teaching andpsychology potential exploration. So we suggest to increase college students self-evaluationand cognition experience of positive well-being; to expand their self-growth and team worktraining of comprehensive well-being; to increase the comprehensive well-being education andcrisis intervening manage of psychological health education. Thus, promote the psychologyhealth and comprehensive quality of college students.This study acquires the above achievements, but there still exist some disadvantages, likewe just observe comprehensive well-being intervening effect for stress and crisis, and for thelimitation of testing, we have not come down to the other positive psychology factors likehope, optimistic, tenacity, confidence, forgiveness and gratefulness and so on; and the samplesize needs continuously extending. These should be further explore and research in the future.
