American women began to consciously control birth, including whether andwhen birth and the fertility number. Abortion and birth control were the two ways toachieve birth control between late19th and early20th century. During this period,great changes occurred in the United States in economic aspects, includingindustrialization, urbanization, improving the level of health care, the emergence ofnew ideas and progressive exercise. These factors contributed to the awakening ofwomen themselves. They began to consciously subordinate to her husband’s positionin the spun off, no longer put their fertility as a tool. Women’s birth control was fromno reproductive autonomy to abortion which brings out tremendous changes in thetime, which was not only the key process of women birth control, but also for thebasis to through the relevant legislative in the1970s in America.Women’s fighting for abortion and birth control was difficult which wasaffected by many aspects, including government and religions. These factors aredivided into political, economic, and women themselves. Political factors includeinterventions to promote progressive movement trends, such as the government.Economic factors include the social demand for female labor and economicdevelopment stimulation for women. Besides, the new idea and new education makewomen desire to fight for the old education from the religion and their family.Women began to control their own fertility which played a certain extent bothfor the gender, women themselves and the family and society, including world’spopulation problem reflection.
