Through relevant research proves that men play a very important role in thekindergarten, they brought fresh vitality to the kindergarten, to bring a more positiveimpact on the development of young children.When we realize the importance they arefacing a very grim reality, the actual work in kindergarten a line the number of maleteachers is very limited, especially in our country, the traditional social atmosphere mento join the kindergarten of the industry itself, there are many obstacles. This researchfocuses on problems on male teachers’ role conflict, role conflict originated in sociologyresearch, suggests that each of us living in a big stage, in which we play various roles,when the two roles conflict, or when different people differently on the same roleexpectation, the actor itself can produce a state of conflict, experience different levels ofanxiety and tension. Kindergarten male teachers in kindergarten when accompaniedwith different degrees of role conflict, especially in China, the strong tradition of society,men are endowed with more hope, when they are engaged in the industry seems to bemore suitable for women, from different social groups for their role expectation willbring male teachers role in conflict.In this paper, the case of qualitative research methods, using purposive sampling toselect three male teachers and two male teachers in kindergarten is working the frontline, which are entering the teachers and veteran teachers, as well as a loss of maleteachers is already trying to comprehensive understanding of the role of conflict presentin their body.Studies using observation method and interview method, from the maleteachers parents, colleagues and case studies on three levels: male teachers themselves,the analysis of role conflict on male teachers’ performance, and discussed the male roleconflict with teachers’ strategy.In order to alleviate the kindergarten male teachers the role conflict, we should bemore scientific understanding of preschool education career, should change thetraditional way of evaluation of kindergarten, actively encourage male teachers to jointhe nursery teacher, remove their worries, male teachers themselves should also be more enrich and perfect themselves, actively deal with role conflict problem, a better serviceto our preschool education career. The core purpose of this research is, through theresearch on male kindergarten teachers’ role conflict, so as to improve their situation ofmale teachers, to make them better adapt to the kindergarten work, for the wholepre-school education career contribution to the development of their own strength.
