Training refers to the athletes before participating in a major tournament beforecreating excellent results for the specialized training process made ready, its purpose isto adjust the competitive state, so athletes in major competitions show the best athleticability to create a superior athletic performance. Span (ie, the length of time) of theprocess, select the training content, the use of methods and means, as well asarrangements for the exercise load, determines the effect of pre-competition training.Therefore, investigation of the13th National College Championships before jumpingathletes training to ensure the orderly development of the National College track andfield athletes before training, and for advancing the national college athlete beforetraining development is of great significance.In this paper, literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, logicalanalysis, from the13th National College Championships characteristics of athletesjump time before training, load characteristics, training content, methods and means,etc. its investigation and analysis. The purpose is to understand the13th NationalCollege Championships before jumping athletes training process, identify theproblems, made some reference opinions and solutions on this basis, the NationalCollege Track Athletes training before jumping provide some training basis.Investigation and analysis the following conclusions:(1) The timing of the13th National College Championships before jumpingathletes train longer, usually8-10weeks.
